Yes. Our teams are trained to work safely around operating equipment and active production lines, following site protocols and risk assessments developed for your facility. Where cleaning must happen during production, we liaise with your production managers to identify the safest and least disruptive approach. For more intensive tasks, we schedule work during shift changeovers, maintenance windows, or planned shutdowns.

Yes. Many manufacturing operations run continuously, and we offer flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. A number of our clients prefer to schedule intensive cleaning during planned maintenance shutdowns when production lines are already offline. We work when it suits your operation and plan around your production priorities throughout the contract.

Our factory cleaning teams complete the Alliance Pathway training programme, covering industrial cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and site safety protocols. For work at height, operatives hold IPAF certifications for mobile elevated work platforms. All staff receive forklift truck awareness training, work in appropriate PPE, and follow strict COSHH procedures. We develop site-specific RAMS for every contract.

A shutdown deep clean covers areas that cannot be reached during normal production: high-level cleaning of overhead structures, beams, and ductwork; intensive floor degreasing and scrubbing; machinery cleaning including difficult-to-access components; extraction and ventilation cleaning; and detailed cleaning of welfare facilities. We co-ordinate with your maintenance team to schedule our work alongside other shutdown activities.
