My career begun at Stansted airport working as part of the ground staff team, I worked at Stansted for 8 years where I gained valuable experience in customer service, computer software and learning how to manage people.
After 8 years I decided I needed more of a challenge within my career and made the decision to venture into sales. I have had a couple of different sales roles ranging from recruitment, website and door entry sales before entering into cleaning.
I have been working in sales within the cleaning industry for 14 years, joining Alliance in 2020. I joined Alliance as a Business development manager and progressed to Sales Manager. I now manage the sales team, developing the department and quoting for new business. Alliance is a wonderful company to work for and a great team to be a part of.
