I joined Alliance Cleaning on the 5th June after working for two Government Local Authorities , Haringey and Enfield for 7 years. This was in Business Support & Digital Services Strategic Portfolio & Projects. Prior to this I worked for Royal Bank of Scotland for 22 years in many different roles however ending my career working in Financial Crime.

I have always managed people and operations in all roles across my career.

I am married with 4 grown up children and 2 Grandchildren.

My new role here as General Manager is to support the Senior Management Team undertaking the below responsibilities:

  • Own Alliance HR processes and procedures
  • Manage Office Operations
  • Management & Leadership of Support Staff
  • Oversee Alliance H&S policy.
  • Responsible for Improving efficiency of support staff.
  • Responsible for the business formal communications – Internal & External
  • Business Support for CEO, HOB & HOO
  • Business turnover and Gains & Losses report
  • Lead Alliance customer service principles & data
