A commercial deep clean typically covers thorough sanitisation of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures, including areas that fall outside the scope of daily maintenance: behind and beneath furniture, inside ventilation grilles, upholstery, hard-to-reach surfaces, and high-touch contact points such as door handles, light switches, and shared equipment. Depending on your requirements, we can also include HEPA filtration dust extraction and electrostatic disinfection as part of the same programme.

There is no single answer; it depends on the type of building, how heavily it is used, and any sector-specific requirements you need to meet. Most office environments benefit from a deep clean two to four times per year. Healthcare and food-handling environments typically require more frequent programmes. We assess your premises during the initial site survey and recommend a schedule based on what we find.

Yes. We routinely carry out deep cleaning work in the evenings, at weekends, or during scheduled shutdowns to minimise disruption to your operation. Your contract manager will agree a schedule with you that fits around your building’s usage patterns.

Electrostatic disinfection applies a positively charged disinfectant mist to surfaces. Because the particles are charged, they wrap around and cling to surfaces : including the sides and undersides that a spray cloth would miss. The result is a disinfectant barrier that eliminates 99.999% of pathogens and continues to protect for up to 28 days after application. It is particularly recommended for healthcare settings, food environments, and any premises that have been unoccupied or recently affected by illness.

For a one-off deep clean, we can usually mobilise within a matter of days of agreeing terms, subject to site access and scheduling. For ongoing deep cleaning contracts, we typically complete onboarding, including site survey, COSHH assessment, staff allocation, and scheduling, within two to four weeks of agreement.
