– General Administration & HR Support

– Customer Service background and experience

– Experienced CRM system user

– High level knowledge and professional use of Microsoft Applications– Excel, Word & Power Point

– Excellent communication skills verbally and written

– Excellent ability to prepare business presentation documents

– Experience of cleaning industry service and products (not pre-requisite as training will be provided)

– Experience with mobile technology use and configuration for users

– Excellent Interpersonal skills

– Working with a team of Contract Cleaning Managers.

– To have complete ownership and responsibility for all day-to-day business administration, procedures and processes linked to client Service Level Agreements.

– To build and maintain relationships with customers. Working to solve any business or technical challenges that they face.

– To handle problems, and analyse communications, contracts, and negotiations. To use the information to refine company practices. Helping Alliance to maintain positive reputations with customers.

– To make sure all direct and indirect client requests are dealt with according to the Company’s quality standard response times.

– To be commercially aware of all operational and business support activities.

– To make sure all client supporting documents are created and maintained within the right filing locations.

– To assist with client complaints within agreed Company timescales.

– To provide general support for the Operations department.
